Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee Visits Our Factory: Assessing Development Needs and Jointly Mapping an Innovation Blueprint

    On March 18th, under the gentle breeze and bright sunshine, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee led a team to conduct an in-depth visit to our factory. He gained a firsthand understanding of the enterprise's production experience, technological innovation, and development plans, listened face-to-face to its demands, and worked to solve problems, strengthen confidence, and point out directions for the high-quality development of the enterprise.

   Warm Care in the Workshop: Focusing on the Production Frontline and Workers' Well-being

    In the production workshop, the Secretary learned in detail about production processes such as iron core processing and coil winding. He had cordial exchanges with frontline workers, showing concern about their skills training and local employment status. He encouraged the enterprise to continue leveraging its advantages in local employment, driving more villagers to secure stable jobs close to home, and urged relevant departments to increase support for vocational skills training.

   Pragmatic Discussions in the Product Area: Focusing on Market Demand

    In the product exhibition area, the Secretary asked in detail about the products' application fields and market sales channels. Upon learning that the enterprise's products cover scenarios such as urban and rural power grid transformation and industrial/commercial electricity use, he suggested that the enterprise seize opportunities in urbanization and focus on developing energy-saving and intelligent products. When informed that our factory's products are also exported to Southeast Asia and other regions, he further encouraged the enterprise to optimize product design according to local climate and power grid conditions—for example, enhancing moisture and corrosion resistance processes—so that "Pizhou-made" products not only enter the market but also earn an excellent reputation.

   Government and Enterprise Working Together: Sending a Clear Signal of Supporting Entity Enterprises

    During this visit, the Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee went deep into the frontlines, demonstrating attention to the real economy in every aspect, from workers' employment to product research and development. All employees of our factory were greatly encouraged and inspired. We will take this visit as an opportunity to deepen our focus on the main business of transformer manufacturing, concentrate on developing energy-saving and intelligent products, actively respond to local development strategies, and repay the care and support of leaders at all levels with tangible results, contributing more "manufacturing strength" to Pizhou's strategy of "building the city through industry."

    The thoughtful services provided by the Pizhou Municipal Party Committee and Government to entity enterprises make us deeply feel the warmth of a "family member." In the future, our factory will continue to take root in Pizhou, work hand in hand with the government, and move forward steadily on the path of high-quality development, delivering a more excellent answer sheet for local economic and social development.
