    In the comprehensive evaluation, the Complete Set Primary Group, led by Team Leader Chen Bo, took first place thanks to his solid professional skills and close collaboration with the entire team. He consistently holds himself to high standards, leading the team to overcome numerous challenges, and demonstrating the weight of responsibility through his actions. The Winding Group, led by Team Leader Li Wei, followed closely behind, taking second place. He prioritizes both personal development and teamwork, leveraging collaboration to drive overall efficiency improvements. This honor is not only a testament to his personal growth, but also a testament to the team's unity and commitment.

    In the 6S management evaluation, the Winding Group, under the leadership of Li Wei, once again showed excellent performance, taking the first place with a meticulous management awareness and the ability to drive full participation. He pursued excellence in details, making standardization a habit and tidiness a norm. The Secondary Group, led by Chai Man and Yang Wan, won the second place. They integrated 6S management into daily work, from environmental maintenance to process optimization, embodying the spirit of "lean" everywhere and creating a more efficient and orderly working environment for the company.

    The champion of the morning meeting evaluation was awarded to Chai Man. The morning meetings she hosts can always accurately focus on key points, unite people's hearts, guide the team's direction with clear goals, and ignite work enthusiasm with a positive atmosphere, making every morning a new starting point for the team to gather energy and set off.

    In the office evaluation, the team composed of Li Panpan, Wang Jiao, and Liu Chengfen topped the list. They performed exceptionally well in execution, work effectiveness, and cost-saving. They treat the office as their "second home," with orderly management and a mutually supportive atmosphere, creating a warm and efficient office space, where the word "harmony" naturally flows in every detail.
