Transformer dynamic stability performance is poor, can not withstand a variety of short circuit, the reasons are roughly the following:
(1) In the design of the transformer structure, the electric force acting on the transformer winding can not be correctly reflected by the static calculation of the transformer's sudden short-circuit current impact under various stresses.
(2) The selection of wires is inappropriate, and there is a phenomenon of attaching importance to thermal performance and ignoring mechanical stress.
(3) The axial compression force of the winding is not enough.
(4) The lead fixed fulcrum is not enough, the support is not firm, and the lead welding is poor.
(5) The support between the inner winding and the core column is not enough.
