Mayor's Research and Guidance: Empowering Our Factory to Embark on a New Journey of High-Quality Development 

     On February 21st, under the bright sunshine, the Mayor, accompanied by responsible persons from relevant departments, visited our factory for on-site research, aiming to provide direction and enhance efficiency for the enterprise's development. 

     Accompanied warmly by the factory's leading group, the Mayor and his entourage first walked into the production workshop. Inside the workshop, intelligent production lines were operating efficiently, and workers were concentrating on their tasks, presenting a busy and orderly production scene. General Manager Bian gave a detailed introduction to the entire process of transformers from raw material processing to finished product assembly, as well as the enterprise's independently developed intelligent production management system. The Mayor asked carefully about key technical links and fully recognized the enterprise's practices of improving production efficiency and ensuring product quality through technological innovation. 

     Subsequently, in the product exhibition area, each product, from large power transformers used in urban power grids to special transformers adapted to the new energy field, demonstrated the enterprise's technical strength. When learning that our factory's products have served more than 100 power enterprises and are also exported to Southeast Asia and other regions, the Mayor nodded repeatedly, encouraging the enterprise to continue to deepen its presence in the international market and polish the "Pizhou Manufacturing" brand with high-quality products. 

     At the end of the visit, General Manager Bian made a comprehensive report on the enterprise's development history, market expansion, and current issues such as talent demand and industrial chain collaboration. The Mayor listened carefully and put forward targeted solutions. Meanwhile, he expressed earnest expectations for the enterprise's development: to continue increasing investment in research and development; strengthen brand building, improve service quality, and become an industry benchmark; firmly establish a safe production line, practice the concept of green development, and achieve a win-win situation between economic and social benefits. 

     The Mayor's research has injected strong confidence and motivation into our factory. All employees are greatly encouraged and will take this research as an opportunity to fully implement the Mayor's instructions, accelerate the pace of technological upgrading and market development, and contribute more to the high-quality economic development of Pizhou City.
