During this year’s pre-festival visit, the Company’s outreach team paid focused visits to three families facing severe hardships in Gonghu Village. Through in-depth conversations and careful understanding of each household’s current circumstances and practical needs, the team extended genuine care through concrete deeds:

Gong Changjin, 66, lives with his son Gong Bo, who has a Grade 2 intellectual disability. Unmarried at 37, Gong Bo requires long-term care—placing an immense burden on the family.

Gong Fengkun, 82, widowed for many years and in poor health, relies on her only daughter, who must simultaneously care for her own children, still of school age. The family’s income is meager, yet expenses continue to weigh heavily, creating compounded financial and daily-life pressures.

Gong Changbao, 59, whose wife Feng Jun has a Grade 2 mental and intellectual disability, has an only daughter working in another city after graduating from university. The household faces a clear lack of care support as well as financial strain.

During the visits, the team delivered essential daily supplies—rice, cooking oil, and flour—to each family, but more importantly, they sat down with the family members, listening attentively to their voices, and conveying the Company’s care and warmth with sincerity. For Jiangsu Tianrui, kindness is never about resounding slogans—it is about steady, meaningful steps. Giving back to society is not a gimmick for attention, but a pursuit of tangible outcomes. The Company consistently refrains from high-profile, large-sum charitable gestures. Instead, it remains focused on reaching those most in need, accurately aligning assistance with demand, ensuring every bit of support is channeled where it truly counts, and that each action genuinely improves the lives of disadvantaged individuals.
