                                                                               ——Company Honors Two Outstanding Employees for Dedication and Contribution

Recently, the Company issued a special commendation resolution to honor two employees—Wang Yijing and Liu Chengfen—who have taken on significant responsibilities, achieved remarkable results, and demonstrated selfless dedication in their respective roles. They were respectively awarded the "Best Public Relations Award" and the 2025 "Special Contribution Award" (General Manager’s Special Approval), along with corresponding monetary prizes. These honors recognize their outstanding contributions, set exemplary benchmarks of dedication and practical commitment, and rally collective strength for the Company’s development.

The two awardees have fulfilled their duties and overcome challenges across different professional areas, exemplifying in action the responsibility and commitment of corporate employees in the new era, and injecting strong momentum into the Company’s growth.

Ms. Wang Yijing took the lead in handling the certification process for the Company’s Phase II plant expansion, coordinating the acquisition of key certificates including the Land Planning Permit, Construction Commencement Permit, and Building Permit. Throughout the process, she faced numerous difficulties and immense pressure. Despite moments of frustration and setbacks, she remained steadfast, never once complaining to the Company. With remarkable perseverance, she tackled every challenge and ultimately secured all five certifications. Her professional competence earned recognition from relevant government authorities, who later consulted her on similar procedures. In recognition of her outstanding performance, the Company awarded Wang Yijing the Best Public Relations Award, along with a prize of RMB 2,000, in high appreciation of her resilience, dedication, sense of the bigger picture, and ability to deliver against all odds.

Ms. Liu Chengfen, with her solid professional skills, high execution efficiency, strong work ethic, and deep sense of collective responsibility, has set a powerful example for all employees. She maintains a 24/7 service mindset, swiftly responding to every work request and consistently following through until full resolution. In performing her duties, she neither dwells on personal gain nor demands extra compensation. With an extraordinary sense of responsibility and selfless dedication, she has delivered outstanding results and set a benchmark for her colleagues. Upon the General Manager’s special approval, the Company awarded Liu Chengfen the 2025 Special Contribution Award (General Manager’s Special Approval), with a prize of RMB 5,000, and designated her as a role model for the entire Company, in recognition of her ultimate commitment and remarkable contributions.

The exemplary performance of Wang Yijing and Liu Chengfen reflects the dedication and pursuit of excellence shared by all employees of the Company. Their spirit of perseverance, accountability, selflessness, and wholehearted devotion deserves the respect and emulation of every colleague.
