The dry-type transformer produced by our company is an epoxy-resin encapsulated dry-type transformer using the third-generation German HTT advanced technology, which is based on F or H class insulation materials and adopts vacuum pressure mirror casting process to achieve F or H class insulation. The core is made of high-quality, high permeability and low loss grain cold-rolled oriented silicon steel sheet, the transverse shear and longitudinal shear are made of imported advanced equipment to control the shear burrs, the core is made of 45° all-oblique joint lamination process, the surface of the core and the cut are made of insulating paint to prevent moisture and rust, and effectively reduce the impact of loss, noise and no-load current on product performance. Low voltage coil adopts high quality copper foil, the two sides of the copper foil are circular arc, and the prepreg cloth is used as reliable insulation, high and low pressure copper wire winding, the coil adopts segmented cylinder structure. The product has the advantages of strong short-circuit resistance, small local discharge, good thermal stability, low noise overload ability, etc. It is widely used in 35KV and below, 50Hz or 60Hz transmission and distribution system, and is widely used in all kinds of residential, commercial buildings, public facilities, industrial and mining enterprises, power generation enterprises and urban and rural power grids.
