The 35KV(loaded) power transformer produced by our company is based on absorbing advanced technology at home and abroad, and it is a new product developed by ourselves for the transformation of China's urban and rural power grid. Its product performance is better than GB/6451-2008 "Technical Parameters and Requirements of oil-immersed power transformer". Fully in line with GB1094 "power transformer" standard and the International Electrotechnical Commission recommended standard IEC60076.

35kV series power transformers are more advanced in design, and have been greatly improved and improved in material, structure and process. The high and low pressure clamps are tightened with steel pull belts or upper and side beams to form a strong frame structure, which enhances the clamping force of the iron core and the ability to withstand transportation impact. Strong short-circuit resistance, beautiful appearance, reliable operation, low loss, low noise, product technical performance indicators up to the domestic leading level.

This series of power transformers is suitable for 35KV, 50Hz transmission and transformation system, in the city network transformation, industrial and mining enterprises and 35KV substation as the main transformer, can be used in the case of load, to achieve remote voltage regulation of the transformer.

The SZ13-20000/35 transformer prototype produced by the company passed the burst short circuit test conducted by the National transformer testing center at one time, and the longitudinal oil channel of the high and low voltage coil is conducive to heat dissipation, which can greatly reduce the temperature difference of copper oil and the most hot spot temperature rise inside the coil.
