Performance characteristics

By adopting reasonable coil oil channel distribution and body oil flow system, the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer body is improved, the winding temperature rise and hot spot temperature are reduced, and the heat dissipation capacity of the transformer under overload operation is met.

The transformer core is made of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet with high permeability magnetic grain orientation, and the structure is three-phase three-column five-stage joint, so that the transformer can meet the low noise and low loss.

The winding and hot spot parts of the body are insulated with high heat-resistant grade materials to avoid insulation aging under high temperature overload state and ensure the safe operation of overload.

The corrugated tank with suitable heat dissipation area ensures the thermal expansion demand of transformer oil when overload, improves the heat dissipation efficiency, and has a beautiful appearance and small size.
