    Recently, a team of reporters from Pizhou Television paid a special visit to our factory, focusing on the development achievements in the field of power equipment, the progress of new factory construction, and the value of industrial empowerment. Through on-site visits and in-depth interviews, they comprehensively documented our factory’s inspiring journey of driving development with technological innovation and contributing to local industrial upgrading with a sense of responsibility.

    As a homegrown enterprise in Pizhou, "Jiangsu Tianrui Transformer" has been dedicated to the fields of high-efficiency energy-saving transformers and intelligent power equipment for many years. With the core mission of "creating high-quality power equipment and serving the construction of a new power system," the company has steadily grown into a backbone enterprise in the regional power equipment manufacturing industry, thanks to its unwavering commitment to quality and technological advancement. Its products cover multiple series, including high-efficiency energy-saving and intelligent environmental protection solutions, and are widely used in critical scenarios such as grid upgrades, renewable energy grid integration, industrial production, and municipal construction. With stable and reliable performance and a comprehensive service system, the products have gained broad market recognition, providing solid equipment support for local power infrastructure development.

    During the interview, the reporters visited both the existing production workshops and the new factory project site, experiencing firsthand the production strength and development vitality of our factory. In the existing workshops, the reporters observed core production processes such as transformer coil winding, core stacking, and performance testing in detail. On-site, General Manager Bian introduced, "We always regard quality as the lifeline of our enterprise. From raw material procurement to every production process, we have established strict inspection standards and control systems to ensure that every transformer leaving the factory complies with national and industry standards, meeting customers' core needs for reliability and energy efficiency."

    The highlight of this interview was our upcoming new factory project. This project is a key strategic layout in response to the national demand for new power system construction and the expansion of high-quality production capacity. It also aligns with Pizhou’s local industrial planning, serving as an important initiative to promote the upgrading of the local power equipment industry. The project covers a total area of 50 acres, with a construction area of 20,000 square meters. It focuses on the research, development, and production of high-efficiency energy-saving transformers and intelligent power equipment, equipped with advanced production lines such as fully automated core stacking. Currently, the project is in its final stages and is expected to be officially operational on December 30. Upon completion, our factory will achieve a significant leap in production capacity, with an annual output of 9,000 power transformers. At the same time, it will ensure end-to-end quality control from research and development to delivery, injecting strong momentum into the quality enhancement and upgrading of domestic power equipment.

    When discussing the social value of the company’s development, we have always taken responsibility through action. On the one hand, the new factory will provide 100 job opportunities for the local community in Pizhou, promoting local employment. With the facilitation of the Yitang government, our factory has established a school-enterprise partnership with Pizhou Vocational High School. Tailored teaching courses have been developed to meet the demands of core positions in power transformer production, testing, and maintenance, integrating enterprise practical standards and industry technical requirements into campus teaching. This creates a talent supply model of "targeted training and precise employment," providing students with clear career development pathways while supplying the enterprise with skilled professionals who are both knowledgeable and hands-on. This initiative supports the talent梯队 development of Pizhou’s local power equipment industry, achieving a "government-facilitated, school-enterprise win-win" outcome. On the other hand, the increased production capacity will drive the协同 development of upstream and downstream supporting industries while enhancing the supply capability of high-efficiency and intelligent transformers. This will better serve core demands such as grid upgrades and renewable energy grid integration, contributing to the high-quality development of the local economy and the realization of the national "dual-carbon" goals.
