September Comprehensive Assessment Results Are Out

 Pioneers Lead the Way, Welcoming the Mid-Autumn Festival Together

    As the Mid-Autumn Festival approaches, the results of the company’s September 6S Management Evaluation, Comprehensive Performance Evaluation, and Internal Host Evaluation have been officially released. In this evaluation, advanced teams and outstanding individuals continue to set benchmarks, while some teams need to face gaps squarely and make every effort to improve. The details are as follows:

    1. Team Evaluation: Advanced Teams Retain Leading Positions, Highlighting Solid Strength

    Chai Man Group, Yang Wan Group, and Li Wei Group have once again achieved excellent results with their stable and outstanding performance. Among them, Chai Man Group and Yang Wan Group strongly secured the double first place in both 6S Management and Comprehensive Performance evaluations. Li Wei Group maintained its advantages and firmly held the second place in both evaluations. As of this month, these three groups have maintained leading positions in the two evaluations for two consecutive months (July and August), fully demonstrating their solid team strength and stable management.

    Chai Man Group & Yang Wan Group: Since the implementation of the evaluation mechanism, they have always maintained strict standards for themselves. Their 6S Management has achieved "neat and orderly workplaces, clearly categorized materials, and standardized and efficient processes". In daily work, they pay more attention to detail optimization and team collaboration, driving their comprehensive performance indicators to stay ahead.

    Li Wei Group: Relying on solid professional capabilities and a proactive attitude towards improvement, the group adheres to a rigorous style from on-site management to task execution. It has remained in second place for many consecutive months, becoming a "backbone force" in the company’s team building.

    2. Individual Honors: Champion Retained in Host Evaluation, Professionalism Recognized

    In the Internal Host Evaluation, Chai Man claimed the championship again, retaining the award. She demonstrated strong professionalism and unique personal charm in all aspects—including the fluency of event transitions, the ability to energize the on-site atmosphere, and the coherence of audience interaction. She has injected vitality into internal cultural activities and effectively ensured the smooth progress of various events.

    3. Areas for Improvement: Warehouse Team to Identify Gaps and Address Weaknesses

    The Warehouse Team ranked last in both the 6S Management and Comprehensive Performance evaluations, revealing two key issues. First, there are shortcomings in 6S Management, specifically reflected in non-standard material storage, insufficient environmental cleanliness, and lax process implementation. Second, the overall work efficiency needs to be improved.

    It is hoped that the Warehouse Team will face the current gaps squarely, proactively learn from the management experience and work methods of Chai Man Group, Yang Wan Group, and Li Wei Group, sort out the root causes of problems as soon as possible, and develop actionable improvement plans. In subsequent work, the team should gradually optimize details, make up for shortcomings, and strive for significant progress in the next round of evaluation.

    4. Overall Initiative: Learn from Each Other to Jointly Promote the Company’s Further Development

    The consecutive outstanding achievements of advanced teams and outstanding individuals have set a clear benchmark for all colleagues. The Warehouse Team can also take this evaluation as an opportunity to stimulate motivation for improvement.
